Go at your own pace.  Class can be adapted for any fitness level. Classes operate on 4 week cycles and you can jump in at any time, you don't have to wait until the next one!

Our Boot Camp program is instructed by Roberto Rosales: a certified personal trainer and Marine Sergeant. He is an 8 year veteran of multiple Middle East operations and recipient of the following awards:

Note From the Instructor:

Hello, and welcome to S.P.A.R.T.A. Boot Camp. My name is Roberto Rosales and I am your Fitness Instructor during this evolution. What you can expect is a high intensity, highly motivating fitness program incorporating elements from Marine Recruit Training and Marine Martial Arts program.

I hope you came here to get fit the military way, because that's what you’re going to get!

I was a Sergeant in the Marine Corps Infantry for 8 years. I was responsible for the training, the mental and physical fitness for a company-size unit, both during peace time and combat operations.

There are 3 outstanding rules while you are part of my Boot Camp: no whining, no quitting, and you WILL address me as Sergeant!

While you are in my program, my expectations are simple: do the work, put 110% into it. Just like in the military, this is a team exercise program. Success depends on motivating yourself and the person next to you. It doesn't matter what kind of shape you are in now, I will make sure you get the most out of this program.
