The same safe, effective, and efficient S.P.A.R.T.A. Training™ method can be applied right in your own home. Many clients have their own home gyms. We can use your existing equipment or our trainers can bring what's needed. Routines are performed in a similar fashion as in the gym, but in the convenience of your home!

Typical In Home Training Session

Appointments are scheduled for all workouts. Your trainer will meet you at your scheduled time and after greeting you, check to make sure you are feeling OK, and that there aren't any new issues since the last meeting. Afterwards, you will begin that day's routine. Your trainer will assist you through a full body workout, in a circuit fashion, coaching you every second of the way to a thorough completion of each exercise. The workout should last anywhere from 20-30 minutes. At the end, if you'd like to ask your trainer questions or review your nutritional efforts, there should be a few minutes to do so before heading home.
